Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik in the Southern Dalmatia is one of the most attractive and famous cities of the Mediterranean known for its cultural heritage and beauty inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage list.
The historical city of Dubrovnik is surrounded by a 2 km city wall, which defended the city against attack both on land and at sea for centuries. Within the city walls you will find a beautiful city with many churches, palaces and cultural monuments as e.g. the Stradun, a well known boardwalk for all generation.
Many islands close by, a crystal blue sea, beautiful beaches, rich natural and cultural heritage, the Mljet National Park, historical villas and promenades are what make the Dubrovnik Riviera one of the most attractive destinations in Croatia. Here you can enjoy various sport activities as water polo, sailing, diving, surfing, climbing and swimming and have fun all night long, enjoy autochthonic food and wine and the hospitality of the local people.
Every year the famous Dubrovnik Summer Games is held. The theatre festival attracts many culture lovers, who also visit the exhibitions in the small galleries, churches, palaces and classical music concerts.
