How do I get my key for the property?
You will find details about address and travel description of the key-holder in your travel documents.
Do we have to bring our own linen?
The description of the property tells if bed linen are included. If not mentioned you will have to bring your own linen. In the booking form it will be mentioned if it is possible to hire bed linen locally and you will have the possibility to order it.
What does “linen” mean?
“Linen” always indicates bed linen and towels whereas number and size can vary from service partner to service partner. Sometimes, tea towels are provided, we generally recommend though to bring them along. You will always have to bring toilet paper as well as washing-up liquid.
To whom can we ask our questions?
We will be happy to help you and if needed we will forward your request to our local service partner. However, customer request are always unbinding and cannot be guaranteed.
When can we arrive to our holiday home and when do we have to leave the holiday home?
On your arrival day, your arrival should be between 15.00 or 16.00 and 20.00 p.m.You can find the exact time in your travel documents. Normally arrival time will be between 15.00 and 20.00 p.m. and departure time before 10.00 a.m. On arrival day the key cannot be handed out before the time stated.
If you know in advance you are unable to meet these times, please advice the key-holder. If you are delayed on the day of arrival, you must also contact the key-holder. We can not guarantee that keys will be available outside the times mentioned on your travel documents and you might have to wait until the following day.
Can we stay more persons in the property than stated?
As a rule this is not possible because the holiday properties are only equipped for the number of people stated.
If you arrive with more people than the holiday accommodation you have booked is intended to accommodate without first asking, the landlord/key holder has the right to deny your access.
Do we have to clean the property before departure?
The holiday home must be left clean and tidy. Cleaning at the end of your stay can be ordered at the time of booking or later by choosing “My Vacasol” .
The price depends on the size of the house in m2 and whether there is a spa or a pool – the price will be stated in the booking form. Dinner set and kitchen utensils are not included in the cleaning at the end of your stay. In some holiday homes, the cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory, this is stated in the description of the house.
Do babies and young children count as persons?
Children and babies normally are considered full-paying people in the apartment/holiday home otherwise it will be stated in the property description. By the Danish holiday homes children under the age of 2 are free of charge.
Can we change our booking to another property and how much does it cost to change the booking?
In order to change an already booked property, the booking for the first property must be cancelled and you will have to make a new booking for the property you now want to rent. As a rule, this cancellation is subject to the cancellation fees specified in our General Terms and Rental Conditions.
Is it possible to bring our pets with us?
In many properties, pets, normally dogs, are allowed. Please check the respective property description.
Can I pay by Visa Card?
Yes, you can pay by Visa and Master Card.
