Free cancellation insurance
Book your holiday home at Vacasol without hesitation and without worrying about unforeseen occurrences. All rental prices are included cancellation insurance, valid until the day prior to arrival.

Every weekend our 350 service employees are ready by the destinations to welcome all Vacasol guests in their holiday homes. If after arrival you have any questions or other requests, our service employees will be glad to help. Remember to always bring and present your voucher.
100% product knowledge
Vacasol only collaborates with local agencies in large parts of Europe. This means that if you have a specific question regarding the holiday home, that demands that you have seen the property, we will contact our local partner at the destination and ask him/her to answer your questions. We will obviously send you the answer as fast and fulfilling as possible.
Call center all weekdays
Our call center in Copenhagen and Hamburg are ready all weekdays to answer your questions or to help you find the destination or holiday house which is best for your needs and requests. Our call center in Hamburg is also open Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm.
24 hour e-mail service
You can always send us an e-mail with questions or requests for your holiday we will do our best to answer this e-mail within 24 hours. If this is not possible, we will let you know within the 24 hours.
Personal chat service
Within our opening hours you can always reach us either on the telephone or through our personal chat service. Through the chat service you also have the opportunity to ask all thinkable questions to our call center and should a question which they cannot answer immediately occur, then they will ask for your e-mail and get back to you as soon as they have an answer.
