Golfe Juan

Near Cannes in the south of France you will find the seaside resort city with two marinas, Golfe Juan. The town offers 6 km of fine sand beaches, which are either public or private. The public beaches are clean and relatively uncrowded and the private beaches are significantly cheaper than in Cannes or Juan les Pins. The beaches are lined with palm trees and the views across to Cap d’Antibes are fantastic.
The town is concentrated around its two marinas, Port Camille Rayon and the old port. The harbors and the seafront are lively with shops, restaurants, boutiques and cafes. Golfe Juan’s main shopping area is located on the other side of the railway which runs just inland behind the seafront. At the Avenue de la Liberté you will find the major supermarkets, banks, small food shops and close by the post office and bus station.
In the surrounding you will find Vallauris that is known for the production of ceramics. Set in a superb amphitheatre of hills lays the Rue Clemenceau as centre of the pottery industry in Vallauris with over 200 potters currently working. At most of the workshops you can see the pots being made and many of the shops are selling an enormous variety of items.
Golfe Juan is an ideal location for a nice family holiday.
