Carnoux, in the heart of Provence, is a pretty little town situated 18 km from Marseilles 7 km from Cassis and the sea-side. Surrounded by scrub-land and fragrant hillsides, Carnoux is a modern town with a series of tidy avenues encircling the town centre and its gardens.

The city of Carnoux organises two events during the summer. The 14 July you can join the celebration of the National Day of France and listen to several concerts around the city and the 15 August the city is celebrating the pilgrimage of Notre Dame. In July and August there is jazz festival in Cassis.
