Capdepera
The Capdepera area lies on the eastern coast of Mallorca and it includes Cala Ratjada, Font de Sa Cala, Canyamel and Cala Mesquida. The tourist facilities have been vastly modernized and improved and it is now one of the best resort areas of the whole island with street trains, promenades, pedestrian zones and beautiful squares.
Along the 42 kilometres of coastline you will find a lot of beautiful beaches with clean sand and unpolluted seawater such as the picturesque beach Cala Agulla bordered by pine groves and sand dunes with crystal clear water or the Cala Lliteras bay, which is ideal for high diving. Visit also the secluded bay of Cala Moltó and in the summer months Font de Sa Cala, which is a beautiful beach with fresh-water spring. The beach is placed 3 km from the town of Cala Ratjada and can be reached by the local bus or train.
