The apartment is situated close to the beach, coast, shopping, restaurant and center in a beautiful landscape. 

The holiday home is located in Premantura in southern Istria. Premantura is a picturesque town with 450 inhabitants, which was already inhabited in the Bronze Age. The long, narrow peninsula Kamenja is Premantura most recognizable features. The peninsula is 9.5 km long and 1.5 km wide and stretches out into the Adriatic Sea as a long arm. Kamenjak is surrounded by a 30 km long coastline littered with countless bays and small beaches, and this initial estimate is further adorned by small islands, which rises up to the crystal-blue-green sea. In Premantura are many shops, a bank and a souvenir shop. The restaurants have made Premantura famous as a place of delicate fish and other specialties from the sea.
