The apartment is placed close to the beach, shopping, restaurant and city center in a scenic landscape.

The holiday home is located in Krnica, which is only 25 km far away from Pula. It is situated within the district of Marčana, 195 m above sea level. In the district of Krnica are also located numerous remains of material culture from the Roman era. In the village there is a post office, a market and few catering places. Only 2 km from Krnica is the Port of Krnica with many bays and clean sea. The coast is very suitable for diving.
