In Argeles sur Mer, between seaside and village, nice villa with swimming pool, comfortable and well equipped for 6 people.
The house enjoys a spacious living room open on the covered terrace and swimming-pool.
The kitchen is very well equipped and separated from the living room by a bar.
Between the living space and the night space, you have got a few steps. There, 2 bedrooms, one with and dressing and terrace, the other one with cupboards.
Nice teck shower room with Italian shower and double basins.
Outside, without outlook, a nice Mediterranean garden, with a 8 m (long) and 5 m (large) swimming-pool, covered and open terraces, barbecue, parking.
Quiet, 5 minutes to drive from Argeles and Racou beaches, 30 minutes far from Spain and 15 minutes from Perpignan.
Nicely and tastily decorated.  Quite a nice rent!!!!
ATTENTION , the customer has to do the houswork at the end of stay , sheets and hand towels are not supplied by the owner.
