This house built in 2004 is located in the small village of BROUILLA,
15 minutes only from the beaches-Argeles-Saint Cyprien-Canet.
In the village you can walk to the grocery and the baker’s and at about 5 kms all kinds of business and shopkeepers are available.
This area enjoys a full range of activities: the sea with its beaches and rocky coast, walks or rides, sightseeing of the old villages-Laroque des Albères-Montesquieu-the lake of Villeneuve de la Raho(drive 15 min.)-the valley of Tortoises in Soréde(drive 15 min) and of course Spain at 20 minutes with The PERTHUS.
If you want to have a rest at the villa, you will find all the comfort you need for a wonderful family holidays or vacation with friends.
Inside, you can find air conditioner and at the ground floor you have a spacious living room, an equipped kitchen with Provencal look and laundry , a summer living room open on the Swimming-pool, a bedroom with dressing and shower room.
At the 1st floor: 2 nice bedrooms, a study equipped with bed settee and a shower room (bedlinen and towels are not provided by the owner).
Outside you can relax on the wood terrace, in front of the swimming pool with deck chairs and table, barbecue and a Mediterranean garden.
