The 180sqm living space house is composed of: a large living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms with cupboards(one with an attached shower room and double bed 1.80 m with bed linen and three 1.40 m double bed), bathroom with balnéo and shower, 2 toilets (towels are not provided by the owner).
This house is very well equiped with air conditionner and nice mediterranéan décoration.
Outside, a pleasant planted garden with securised swimming pool(close by a fence), big terrace, swing, trampoline.....
Ideal for families.
One kilometer far from the heart of the village and its shops, 20 minutes from the large seaside of Canet(fine sand), 30 minutes from spanish boarder, 1 hour from the mountain and 15 minutes from the historic center of Perpignan.
