The house, dated from the 12th century, is ideally located between the Mediterranean sea and the Pyrenean Mountains. We are in a small typical French village, surrounded by vineyards. One of our bedroom is facing the old church. 
Kids are most welcomed; there is a pram and a baby coat at your disposal, as well a bedroom with bunk beds (2x90cm).

Terrats is nested at the end of the Pyrenees. Around the house, there is heaps to do at less then 30mn: Hiking, trekking, horse riding, donkey riding, boating, vineyards, wineries, Collioure village & Port, St Cyprien, Argeles, Lake, Ceret (museum, market, handicraft...), Thuir (saturday market, shopping etc), Perpignan, etc etc...

An hour from the house: Cathares Castles, yellow train, Cadaques & Figueras for Dali museum (Spanish side 1h to 1h30 away), Skiing at Font Romeu (1h30)

There are 3 levels in the house. 
Level 1 is partly included in the rent for the Laundry, with access to the washing machine and some storage rooms. 
Not included in the rent is a large terrace with a pool for which we lock the access as it is unsecured. This outdoor area is kept for our private use (Apologizes).

Level 2 is included in the rent. You will find here a 90m2 apartment with a big terrace, BBQ, chimney in the living room, 3bedrooms (2 beds in 140cm, 2bunk beds, baby coat) LCD large screen TV, DVD, Micro wave, oven etc... 
Kindly note that sheets for beds and towels are not provided.

Level 3 is not included in the rent, it is our personal storage area.

Parking can be a bit difficult but we usually have space next to the church in front of the house. 
 
The house is available all year long.
A house keeper can be recommended if needed for the cleaning and the ironing.
