In a nice Roussillon Village, 150 m2 air conditioned villa, equipped for 8 people.
This house is composed in the ground level of a spacious living room totally opened into the garden and swimming pool, an independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, the other with 2 single beds), bathroom, toilets, laundry.
At the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (beds like the ground floor), shower room and study (bed linen and towels are not provided by the owner).
Outside a garden with 3 faces and swimming pool(6 m long and 3 m large), barbecue and terrace with deck chairs and table, a pleasant place!
The house is spacious, bright, comfortable and quiet for friends and family holidays. 
Only 15 minutes from the beaches (St Cyprien), 10 minutes from Perpignan and 30 minutes from Spain. A lake is accommodated for nautic activities (only 5 minutes on foot)
Please note: Bed linen must be brought by guest (2 double bed and 4 singles). The customer has to do the final cleaning.
