Magnificent master house of 1850, with charm and character, entirely renovated with taste, with air conditioner and providing all modern comfort.
This house is well accommodated for family holidays with its very safe swimming  pool (50 cm depth, 4 m long, 4 m large) and its outside relaxing area(sofa, deck chairs and table, barbecue, planxa, fridge, summer kitchen  built in the old horse stable ).
Inside, this very original and friendly house offers at the ground floor: spacious living room, a kitchen, a study and one patio with pergola.
At the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, one 45 SQM parental suite and attached a shower room, together with a laundry and another shower room, toilets (bedlinen and towels are not provided by the owner).
The house is in the heart of Catalan village named Saint Laurent de la salanque, in a quiet area, without outlook and near all the facilities, at only 5 minutes on foot from very authentic market and near summer activities.
10 minutes far from beaches of Barcares, Torreilles, sainte Marie, 40 minutes from Spanish border.
Cleaning end of stay 150€ extra to book in advance (together with booking).
