Hans, the owner of the house, arrived in Corfu from Germany in 1990 for a holiday and has remained ever since.  Here he created a new life, in a new land with a fantastic family and this wonderful home. 
The house, which has panoramic sea view, is located in the heart of the picturesque Corfiot traditional village of Ano Korakiana, with the Venetian atmosphere and the warm hospitality of the locals.
The ground floor of this 120sqm 200-year-old old stone house, has a comfortable living room, separate kitchen and a shower room with toilette. Upstairs to 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, a hall with desk corner and Internet access. 
A level below there is the garden for relaxation, planted with grass and trees.
