Appliances include a gas hob and oven, toaster, electric kettle and a dishwasher. A lovely fireplace also features, making it a cosy room to enjoy year round.

Double French doors with shutters lead out onto arguably the property’s best feature, its sunny lake view balcony! From the outdoors breakfast table guests can enjoy a lovely coffee and brioche each morning under the sun with these breathtaking views; arguably the best way to start your day!

The accommodation is perfect for families and groups, with a maximum sleeping capacity of 5 guests. The romantic double bedroom boasts direct lake views from the shared balcony and the second bedroom offers a set of bunk beds ideal for children and young adults. To the living room the sofa bed can also be adapted to sleep an additional guest.
A well equipped bathroom also features and car parking can be found conveniently outside the property.

Colonno is a semi rustic lake view village ideally situated along the desirable western coast between Como city and the resort town of Menaggio, benefitting from local amenities and a bus service. 

The ancient town of Argegno with its medieval passageways, quaint harbour and cafe lined Piazza is just a 4 minutes drive away and is a lovely place to explore and also dine out, with some excellent local restaurants.

Villa Balbianello, one of the most famous of Lake Como’s attractions is also under a 10 minute drive away, in the village of Lenno. 

Guests can also enjoy the wide choice of amenities in this village which include supermarkets, lake view cafes, the Lido di Lenno with its family friendly bar-come nightclub with a sandy beach and a taxi boat service to Villa Balbianello.

Villa Carlotta is just a 13 minute drive away from the property in Colonno and the car and passenger ferry service in Cadenabbia operates the famous golden triangle route of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna.

If guests would like to experience a cosmopolitan day out then Como city, to the south of the Lake is just a 30 minute drive away and offers a wide range of activities and attractions including the Duomo, funicular, Como Aero club with sea plane trips, the Volta museum and the year round art exhibitions and musical concerts at Villa Olmo. The shopping is also excellent with a wide choice of high street and upmarket shops leading from the central Piazzas and Duomo. Como city also boasts excellent transport links with two train stations which run to Milan and its airports, a frequent lake bus service, a fast ferry service and a motorway to Switzerland.
