A newly fitted kitchen which offers all the desired appliances and home comforts for your self-catering stay is conveniently situated off from the main living and dining area.

From the living area steps lead guests to the master double bedroom mansard level floor with sloping natural wooden ceilings and skylight, providing a bright and welcoming atmosphere with a stylish low level bed and pine bedside tables and a good size wardrobe.

A second bedroom also features in the property, on the same floor as the living area with an adult size pine single bed, pine bedside table and wardrobe. A double sofa bed to the living area can also be utilised if desired to accommodate an additional 2 guests.

The property also offers a newly fitted modern bathroom with all the desired sanitary ware which includes a heated towel rack and washing machine for guest’s convenience.

From this beautiful property guests can reach the outside resident facilities via internal staircase easily and guests are able to enjoy the outdoors swimming pool which boasts incredible lake and mountain views and which also offers guests with sun loungers on the poolside sun terrace, for a lovely place to sit and relax with a good book.

Parking is also situated in the residence.

From the hillside village of Perledo guests will be able to reach the romantic medieval town of Varenna in approximately just 8 minutes by car!

This famous golden triangle resort town features a wide Victorian era promenade with cafes and a conveniently placed car and passenger ferry service, which operates frequently throughout the day to beautiful Bellagio with its many shops and cafes, picturesque Menaggio with its Lido and lakeside piazzas and promenade and Cadenabbia which is situated close to Villa Carlotta.

The lakeside promenade and the mountainside road takes visitors to the charming medieval centre of the town, with its charming cobbled streets leading to lake view restaurants and atmospheric wine bars and romantic vistas, a pretty small harbour and also to a variety of boutique shops. The ancient medieval castle of Queen Theodolinda, the famous Queen of the Lombard’s is situated over the town and can be reached by foot along the woodland visitor trail. The historical Villa Monastero with its interesting botanical gardens is also situated nearby and can be reached by foot or car within minutes from the centre of Varenna.
