In the basement, multifunction room with 2 single beds, conversation corner and toilet/lavatory. Furnished and equipped for 6/7 persons. Car parking in the garage.

The swimming pool will be in function from approx. May 15th to September 15th, and should not be used during siesta between 12.30-15.00 h and at night after 9 p.m.  Details and actual opening times can be seen on the panel exhibited in the pool area.

Due to the quiet atmosphere in this residence, where almost all apartments are used by the owners directly, the apartment is not suited for group travel.
