Villa Giulia is a beautiful property at the peak of the sea in a beautiful scenary of the Ulissy‘s Riviera with a unique view of the blue and transparent sea of Sperlonga. This Villa is a very exclusive place where you find peace and silence and located in a typical mediteranean area where you find pine trees and palm trees. With a garden of 3000 mq of which part is a park,  you enter by a little private way in Montepiano area; at about 6,5 km from the center of the medieval town of Sperlonga famous for its white sandy beaches, the little touristic port of embarkation and the historical centre full of boutiques, pubs and bistrots. Villa Giulia is entirely closed by a fence and it has many terraces from where you can see the beautiful view of the coast.
Description main Villa - capacity: 6 pax: 
180 mq, modern building on two levels, on ground floor a big living room with tv sat, dinner area with fire place, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, an indoor stepcase brings to the upper level where there are two rooms and a bathroom and a main bedroom with terrace sea view. The living room has windowdoors that bring you directly to the terrace and the swimming pool. Here you find another independant bed room with bathroom 

In the annex, you will find the following lay-out: 
"Dependance Mono": Bedroom with a double bed, private bath with shower. Possibility of extra bed. Sleeps: 2 +1 pax.
If 7 to 10 people book the Villa, you will be housed in the Villa and in the "Dependence Mono" in the Annex.

"Dependance Bilo": A spacious bedroom with TV, another bedroom, bathroom with shower, terrace.
Sleeps: 2 +2
If more than 11 people book the house, you will be housed in the Villa, the Dependance Mono and the Dependance Bilo.

A mandatory cleaning supplement of €50 will be required if housed by more than 7 people up to 9 people including; and yet another additional supplement of €40 is required if housed by 10 people.

The Villa has washing machine and heat system for colder periods.
The inside furniture is comfortable. The outside area has different terraces for a space of 350 mq; a veranda with kitchen, fire basin and barbecue and a big terrace with oven by wood and barbecue decorated with plants and flowers that invite to spend time with a cup of tea and admire the view. ping pong table, deck chairs and the swimming pool 8 x 4,5 mt deep from 1mt,20 to 1 mt,80. The house has a gardener that takes care of the swimming pool. On request it is possible daily cleaning, baby sitter, chef  beautician and car rental with or without chauffeur.
