The apartment is located in Chia a tourist location characterized by impressive dunes of golden sand embellished by the presence of evergreen age-long junipers. The dunes slope down to extensive sandy shores washed by a clear transparent sea whose colours range from deep blues to emerald green. The entire scenery is framed by granite mountains covered with thick vegetation and Mediterranean shrub. Across the various seasons of the year, it dazes you with its continuous changing perfumes and bright colours. Chia is: a perfect holiday paradise for all those who love the beauty of nature and aquatic sports.

 



The apartment is located in finely fitted terraced houses, surrounded by highly perfumed and colourful Mediterranean shrub. 
With independent access, the unit is charmingly furnished, comfortable and spacious and are equipped with satellite TV, washing machine, car park, oven, outdoor shower and everything you need for maximum comfort.

Three-roomed house 4 beds: (75 m2) living room - kitchen, master bedroom, bedroom with two single beds or bunk beds, bathroom with box-shower.




Reception - open every day from 10 am to 1pm and from 5pm to 8pm: assistance on the spot; fax Point (sending/receiving). Booking excursions and/or cultural events. 
 In the neighbourhood of the units there are several shops and grocery stores, bars, tobacco stores, newsagents, pizza parlours, piano bar, discos, nautical and yachting renting facilities. Horse riding centre. Gastronomic events. The closest little town is Domus de Maria distant about 6 km. where shops, bank, postal office, chemistry and medical health services are available. While Pula and the archaeological site of Nora are about 15 km. away.
 


Please note: All arrivals after 8 pm must be previously communicated; arrivals expected between 10 pm and 3 am will have a extra charge of € 40,00. In case of lack of communication and for arrivals expected after 3 am, guests will be received the day after.
