The coastline with nice equipped beaches is in a 45-minute drive. 
At guests’ disposal: nice furnished garden, large swimming-pool (20 x 8 m – maximum depth 3 m – open from 01/04 to 31/10), Jacuzzi area, playground for children, table tennis, bowling green, barbecue, bikes for rent, private furnished outdoor area for each apartment.
A shared room with satellite TV is available. Covered parking within the grounds. All of the apartments are provided with screen nets.

Pet are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 30,- / per week (payment on the spot). It is possible to organise dinners to taste nice Tuscan recipes. Local products (wine, olive oil, honey and excellent marmalade) are available for clients to be purchased.
On request, it is also possible to reserve massages, daily excursions, cooking classes, painting courses, horse-back riding, plane excursions.
