The access to the property is via an unpaved road of approx. 350 m not suitable for sports or low cars. 
Distances: Montefoscoli with a food shop 3 km away, Forcoli with all kinds of shops 10 km, golf course (36 holes – open from 01/07) 10 km away, the charming town of Volterra 35 km, San Gimginano approx. 40 km away, Pisa (airport) and Lucca 50 km away, Tirrenia with nice beaches 65 km, Florence and Siena approx. 75 km away, the coastline area of Versilia 90 km.
