Accommodation is offered in two separate apartments, next door to each other, which are let as a single unit. The smaller self contained unit is provided with air conditioning.

The tiny village of Sasso Pisano (2  km) offers a grocery shop, a bar and a restaurant, whilst in the small town of Castelnuovo val di Cecina (7 km) guests can find various shops, restaurants, bank, post office, tennis court, etc.

The major art cities of Tuscany are within easy reach: Massa Marittima 20 km,  Volterra 40 km, Siena and San Gimignano 60 km, Florence 95 km, Pisa 115 km,  together with the splendid Mediterranean coastline dominated by the island of Elba and the sandy beaches of the gulf of Follonica (40 km).
