The villa opens onto a pretty patio and garden and on the first floor there are two large terraces enjoying the unspoilt panorama. In the grounds below the villa in a sunny position is a private swimming pool with hydro massage corner. 

Villa Casole d’ Elsa is actually cleverly divided into two interconnecting apartments, therefore ideal for larger parties whilst still retaining privacy. Nicely furnished in characteristic Tuscan style the accommodation is on two floors. The ground floor consists of a living room with settee, fireplace, kitchen area with dining table and chairs, and a shower w/c. Steps leads to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, a further shower room and a large terrace with lovely views of the countryside. From the first floor a doorway interconnects to the second apartment, which can also be reached separately via a staircase at the front of the house. This consists of a further living room with settee (which can convert to a bed on request), fireplace, and kitchen area with dining table and chairs which opens onto a large terrace. This lovely terrace has fantastic views of the countryside and pool and is furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco. On the same floor are two more pretty bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, and two shower rooms. 

In front of the villa is a patio and garden area which is furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco. There is a barbecue for guests use and a pretty swimming pool (10m x 5m) with hydro massage corner and surrounded by lawns is in a sunny position below the house. The grounds of the villa are fully enclosed and there is private parking close to the villa. 

The little medieval town of Casole d’Elsa is only 2.5 km away and joy to explore. It has a selection of bars, restaurants, local shops and a small supermarket. Other sights such as San Gimignano, Florence, and Siena to name but a few of the beautiful towns of Tuscany are all within easy driving distance. 

The Villa Casole d’Elsa is one half of a country house, the other half of the house is reserved for the use of the local owner and his family, who also occasionally use the swimming pool.
