The house was built in the 12th century. It is totally restored but it keeps its old structure and materials. It is located in the town of Castellterçol, 20 km. away from Granollers. It is surrounded by woods and growing fields, in an isolated place. The property's main activity is the ecological cattle growing. It has got four independent lodgings, a garden with outdoor furniture, a larger swimming pool (8,5 x 4,5m) and two new shallower pools (45cm deep), complete with waterfall, ideal for children, to share among the guests in the five lodgings. There is also a covered porch with a shared barbecue facility and the necessary tools for its usage. There are also some parking places.
Pool only opened during summer, cannot be used during winter.
The lodging is distributed on two floors. On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a TV, a dining room and a kitchen with an oven, washing machine and a fridge. Two steps take you to the ground floor, where there are two double rooms, a twin room, a single room and two bathrooms. Central heating.
The main activities to do are: hiking, playing golf, hang-gliding and horse riding or biking. You can visit the churches of Sant Fruitós and Sant Francesc in Castellterçol. You can follow the modernist route and visit its buildings in Cardedeu, Granollers, Castellterçol or l´Ametlla del Vallès. There are also roman ruins in Can Terrers and a dolmen in Vallgorguina. The house is only 50 km. away from the beaches of El Maresme and 50km. away from Barcelona.
