Rural house of century X. Surrounded by mountains of Valldarques where it has spectacular forests views. At the moment it is a very comfortable space where it is possible to enjoy the privileged surroundings. Near the house there is the old chapel and the spaces of the old oil mill, the warehouse and the furnace of bread where the structure with the utensils of the daily life has been conserved. The outside is formed by the outer swimming pool (9m x triangular forms), zone of children park, crushes of petanca and a garage with capacity for 4 cars. In an Annex of the house we find the inner swimming pool (7m x 3m). The altitude of the property is of 700m. The Pyrenees zone is characterizes by its thermal width. During the day it’s warm heat, and during the night it’s colder.

This house is distributed in 4 levels. In a first level, on the ground floor, we have the hall with entrance in the chapel, the library, ceiling of stone (computer, Internet, TV 32”, access to canal+, blue ray, children books and table games) from this space, access to a room with two single beds, bath and private terrace. From the hall to the right, steps take you to an ample dining and living room with chimney, great table, sofas and equipment of music, access to a covered terrace in the same level, the kitchen with a small refrigerator, an old chimney surrounded by wooden banks and one pantry equipped with 2 refrigerators, an ice machine and washing machine. A room with double bed, living room and bath. In the down level, the room of games equipped with an American billiards, table football, table tennis and an electrical morning call. Equipped room of audio-visual with a screen of TV of great format, blue ray and 10 comfortable armchairs. A level more down, gymnasium with sauna. First level, ample hall that give to passage to a terrace with a view to the comfortable outer swimming pool, and the rest of rooms that are: 1 room with living room, bed double and bath, 2 rooms with double bed and 2 rooms with two single beds, all with bath. 2 Extra beds possible. This house is situated in the village of Coll de Nargó, one of the villages of l'Alt Urgell with more patrimony Romanesque. We emphasize this churches: St. Martí, St. Climent de Coll de Nargó and St. Sadurní de Gabarra. You could enjoy superb surroundings. There is a Valldarques river that has natural crystalline water bases and this is only 10 minutes walking from the house.
You could visit the museums of dinosaurius in Coll de Nargó with the possibility of visiting own excavations of the region, as well as making trips on foot, by car or bicycle. We suggest the “el Camino de Grau” that it is a route starting from the house and includes the castle of the Torre de la Vila and the Salt del Boter, that it is an impressive water cascade of 40m. We also suggest a long route by the Mountain range of l'Aubença.
You could practise, only at 20 km, sports of adventure like: hang-glider in Fígols and Alinyà, and rafting or kayak in the Olympic Park of the Seu d'Urgell.
There is a place to ride horses at 25 minutes. This is a suitable place for the fans of the mushrooms collection at the beginning of the season of autumn, and the second Sunday of October there is the celebration the Fair of the Robellón (typical mushroom) in Coll de Nargó. Andorra is only to 45 minutes by car.
