Isolated farmhouse recently restored (2010) in the north of the Solsonès region (Pyrenees), located 1,000 meters at the foot of Port del Comte mountain in a farm dedicated to agricultural land, livestock (cows) and forestry. Surrounded by fields and woods in a very peacefull area. The property consists of two separate accommodations, the house where the owners live and a small church. The accommodation has a barbecue with table and benches and other shared spaces with an other accommodation and the owners: a large grass lawn ideal to play and run, a fenced swimmingpool (12x5) with a part for the children and outdoor furniture. 

Located on ground floor and spread on one level we have access to the home from a big patch of grass. First we find a hall that serves to separate the livingroom from outside. The dining room features a fireplace, sofas, television, table and chairs. The kitchen is open to this space and has ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and microwave oven. From this central area we have access to the two rooms, one with double bed and one with three single beds. Each room has a bathroom with shower. Underfloor central heating.

The landmarks in the area are: the Mountain of Tuixent, the romanesque church of Olius, the Dolmen in Llenera, the romanesque ruins in Navès, the spring of Cardener, the modernist cemetery in Olius, the Salt Mountain in Cardona, ..... You can also go trekking, fishing, horse riding, playing golf and skiing (16 km. away) in Port del Compte Ski Resort. In addition the city of Solsona is only 15 km away from the house, where you can find all the facilities and a magnificent old city with the gothic, romanesque and baroque cathedral of Solsona.
