XVIII Century rural house recently renovated (2010) and destined to rural tourism. Located in a fenced property of 2.5 hectares next to Alforja (Tarragona) dedicated to the culture of hazels, olive trees, almonds tree and some fruit trees for own consumption. The house has a pleasant porch with garden furniture and an outer dining room, and the barbecue is located in the back part of the house. Very close to the accommodation we can find a small forest with a pleasant shade, a table and swings. In a side of the property we can also find an old raft for agricultural use where is possible to have a swim (ecological maintenance). In construction a swimming pool of 8 x5m.
 
Distributed in two floors. In the ground floor we have the living room with sofas, firewood stove, television and dining room; kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, furnace, microwaves and exit to the garden; a double room with exit to the garden, TV and bathroom . In the upper floor we find a small library and a double room and two twin rooms, all of them with bath and television. The house has Wifi connection, heating. Air condition in the ground floor. 
 
The magnificent geographic situation of the house allows us to enjoy many activities. In Alforja we can have a walk in the center of the town through its porches and breathe the Arab origins of the town and the tranquily of this agricultural town. We are very close to the Natural Park of Montsant, an unknown mountain chain where we can enjoy the nature, tranquility, its many paths and discover many isolated places like the old town of La Mussara, a depopulated town which have a especatular view over the region. Very close to the house we find many attractions as: the marsh of Siurana where we find the Nautical Club of Cornudella where is possible to practice several nautical sports; the region of "Priorat", and excellent wine region where we can enjoy typical wine and cava; Reus, with a cozy old town and its modernist houses (Lluís Domènech y Montaner); Park of Samà (Cambrils), Castle of Escornalvou (Riudecanyes). Even though we are located in a typical rural area, the coastline of Costa Daurada its not far (only 25km), with its beaches and ports, and wide range leisure options.
