The front of the apartment overlooks 2 swimming pools. The back is south facing that not only benefits from a covered terrace for those hot days but also overlooks the communal gardens where you can take your sun lounger for a spot of peaceful sunbathing. Our property is only 5-10 minutes drive from San Javier (Murcia) airport and is ideal for couples and families.  We can even provide cots and highchairs if required.  Nothing is too much trouble and our management company is very helpful providing a 24hr call-out service in case of emergency.

The 18-hole golf course was designed by Dave Thomas; one of Europe’s most sought after course architects and is managed by the De Vere Group, the same company that manages the Belfry in the UK.  As well as the 18-hole golf course and communal pools there is an exclusive beach club.  The beach club is located on La Manga strip and can be accessed by car or by taking the boat across the Mar Menor.
