This corner two-bedroom ground floor apartment is in a fantastic position, the extra large terrace overlooks the golf course to the front with views over the nearby hills, it is the perfect place to chill out and unwind in the virtually all year round sunshine.

The apartment is fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard with flat screen TV & DVD payer. Also provided is full air-conditioning and central heating for the occasional chilly winter evening.

The large swimming pool is next to the apartment and offers a very tranquil position to swim and sunbathe, again with beautiful views. There are many pools on the resort which you are free to use; all pools are fenced for children’s safety. We also supply sun beds for you to use by the pool or on the large terrace.

The blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor are a short drive away along with the beaches of the Mediterranean. The Mar Menor offers calm warm waters that are shallow and perfect for families with children. This area is also perfect for water sports such as windsurfing and kite surfing; there are many registered schools along the promenade where you can book tuition.

The nearby town of Sucina has many typical Spanish restaurants offering very fresh food or you can use the club house on the resort if you do not wish to venture out.

If you fancy a round of golf, you can enjoy the great 18 hole golf course which is a challenge to any golfer and then relax with a cool drink at the 19th.
 
The fabulous blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor are only 15 minutes away with its Cristal clear shallow waters, these beaches are perfect for families and couples alike.

Many water sports are offered including kite surfing, sailing, diving etc. Being sheltered from the Mediterranean Sea by La Manga del Mar, the area is perfect for beginners and experts.

Only 30 minutes away you will come to the historical naval town of Cartagena with its rich Roman history and beautiful marina, from here you can take a cruise around the bay to experience the stunning coastline.

20 minutes in the other direction is the capital city of Murcia with amazing architecture new and old, wander around the winding narrow streets full of typical small Spanish shops offering everything you can think of.
