On the first floor are 2 further bedrooms, the master has 2 single beds set together and a large terrace supplied with sun beds, the third bedroom is also set as 2 single beds.
Both bedrooms share a fully fitted bathroom with full size bath and shower over.
There is also another peaceful terrace with 2 resin wicker arm chairs and coffee table, the perfect place for the sundowners.

Secure private car parking is also provided with remote control entry gate.
The large swimming pool is in front of the duplex with shallow area for children and surrounded by lawns with shower.

San Cayetano is a peaceful village set only 10 minutes’ drive from the stunning beaches of the Mar Menor Sea. 

The village offers a number of bars, restaurants, banks with ATM, mini-market and fantastic bakery.
The Mar Menor itself is a natural salt water lagoon spanning some 27k long and 9km wide. It is shallow and great for bathing, water sports etc. The deepest point in the center is a mere 7 meters. The lagoon is protected from the Mediterranean Sea by La Manga strip.

The location is also perfect for exploring the region being only 5 minutes from the AP 7 motorway and 15 minutes from Murcia airport.
Cartagena and Murcia are within a 30 Min drive and these are beautiful Spanish cities. Cartagena has been renowned as an important port since Roman times and offers a stunning harbour/Marina and Murcia city a Mecca for shops and baroque architecture
