The penthouse is located on the new Polaris resort of Las Terrazas de la Torre and benefits from a beautiful balcony with patio table and chairs where you can relax admiring the stunning views and amazing sunsets over the golf course. For those looking for all day sun, there is a large roof terrace with even further reaching views.

The Penthouse is furnished to an exceptionally high standard and is fully air-conditioned with units in all rooms. For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV.

Only 20 minutes away you will come to the historical naval town of Cartagena with its rich Roman history and beautiful marina, from here you can take a cruise around the bay to experience the stunning coastline.

15 minutes in the other direction is the capital city of Murcia with amazing architecture new and old, wander around the winding narrow streets full of typical small Spanish shops offering everything you can think of.

The region is renowned for its fresh produce which is all grown locally and also superb fish and seafood.
