On the ground floor is a very large Air-conditioned lounge with extra large L shaped sofa plus a 3 seater sofa bed. TV is provided along with DVD player and Sony PS2 playstaion with a selection of games. 

To the font of the property is a large terrace on 2 levels with patio furniture.

Also on the ground floor is a toilet, single bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, there is also a storage room at the rear which includes 2 mountain bikes for your use along with beach equipment.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed, Air-conditioning, ceiling fan and private terrace. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and is Air-conditioned. The full family bathroom has full bath with shower over.

The roof terrace has views over the pool and the sea and is supplied with sun chairs.

Within 5 minutes walk you will find a small supermarket, bars and restaurants.

1KM down the road you will come to the Mar Menor sea with its stunning blue flag beaches, there are many bars and restaurants here as well serving very fresh food for lunch and evening.

1.5KM across the road you will find the Mediterranean sea with water sports and lovely marina, also on this road is the Nature reserve with its salt flats providing perfect conditions for all manner of wild life.

Next to the townhouses is a 4 Star hotel which offers fine dining, indoor pool, Spa and health centre that you can use at a small charge.

Further afield but still only 30 minutes drive is the historic Roman Naval city of Cartagena with its winding streets, stunning architecture and beautiful marina where you can sit and enjoy a drink with Tapas whilst watching the world go by.

30 Minutes in the other direction is the capital city of Murcia where you will find every shop imaginable along with stunning buildings and street to wander.
