This 2 bedroom apartment is located in a very quiet spot and over looks the 18th tee. 

Being a corner apartment you benefit from windows too two sides making the apartment very bright and airy. Furnished to a very high standard including leather sofas, wide screen TV with lots of English channels, DVD player with a selection of films.

The large balcony has a table and chairs where you can sit and relax watching the golfers or just take in the fantastic views with a drink at the end of a hard days sunbathing. We have also supplied 2 sun beds for you to use.

The two bedrooms each have single beds that can be put together to make two double rooms.

On the resort you can use any of the 14 large swimming pools with the closest being less than 1 minute walk away. There is also a very good supermarket on site offering a great selection of produce at very reasonable prices.
 
The village centre has many restaurants, bank, hairdresser and much more and overlooks the largest lake which is spectacular at night.

The blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor are only 15 minutes away and are very safe for children as the waters are shallow and always warm. You can also find a host of activities here such as kite surfing, windsurfing, boat hire, scuba diving and much more.

The Historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia are within 30 minutes drive and the Wildlife Park/Water Park of Terra Natura is with 15 minutes drive.

The Golf Club House is an impressive building and in addition to the pro shop there is a spike bar and café, a first floor bar which serves snacks and offers superb views across the complex and a 5 star restaurant. 

The town centre offers a number of bars and restaurants such as: “Clovers” Irish Pub & Sports Bar, “El Roble Tapas” Bar, “La Acacia” Italian Restaurant and “El Avallano” ice cream parlour. 

There is also a fitness centre and superb facilities at the new 5* Intercontinental hotel.

Built around a Jack Nicklaus Design golf course, La Torre Golf Resort course is the second to be completed of series of 8 golf resorts. La Torre is a challenging 18 holes, par 68 golf course with three lakes, an abundance of sand hazards. The course is tricky and not excessively long, ideal for the hot summer months. The course is in immaculate condition throughout and hosts a number of different competitions throughout the year
