Our Town house has 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and is set over 2 floors. 
The property has been fully decorated and had all new furniture for summer 2011
On the ground floor is a very large Air-conditioned lounge with chaise sofa plus flat screen TV along with DVD player and Satellite system. Wifi is also available at a small charge.

To the front of the property is a large terrace on 2 levels with patio furniture.

Also on the ground floor is a toilet, and fully equipped kitchen, there is also a storage room at the rear with washing machine.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and Air-conditioning. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and is Air-conditioned with terrace. The full family bathroom has full bath with shower over.
The roof terrace has views over the sea and is supplied with table and chairs.

Within 5 minutes’ walk you will find a number of bars and restaurants.
 
1.5 km across the road you will find the Mediterranean sea with water sports and lovely marina, also on this road is the Nature reserve with its salt flats providing perfect conditions for all manner of wild life.

Further afield but still only 30 minutes’ drive is the historic Roman Naval city of Cartagena with its winding streets, stunning architecture and beautiful marina where you can sit and enjoy a drink with Tapas whilst watching the world go by.
30 Minutes in the other direction is the capital city of Murcia where you will find every shop imaginable along with stunning buildings and street to wander.
