MIJAS COSTA: This is a beautiful villa located in a quiet residential area next to Marbella in Mijas-Costa, enjoying a splendid view of the greenery and the sea. Covered terrace, swimming-pool (7mx3.5m) surrounded by a furnished terrace, outdoors shower room (toilet, sink) near the swimming pool, garden with various flowers. The house comprises a large living room, a big dining room, an equipped American kitchen (microwave, American fridge, washing machine) and one room (1x2p) with its shower room (toilet) and terrace. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (2x1p, 2x1p) with each a private bathroom (toilet) and terrace. Each terrace is decked with garden furniture. Adjoining studio furnished for two people with a shower room, TV and terrace (supplement). The neighbourhood has public transport running through it and the beach is within walking distance. A stay at Casa Alexandro therefore allows for plenty of activities.
