The rural complex  is located in the south of Tenerife and it has been an old parcel of tomatoes package at the end of the 19th century. It has been restaured respecting not only its architecture but its natural surroundings. In this complex, there are six different size appartments, completely furnished and decorated with great style, resulting an ideal place for the tourist's enjoyment in a relaxing appartment full of comfort.
It is located in a place where the so called "Alisios" winds (tradewinds) provide the island a privileged subtropical weather with spring temperatures all over the year. 
LA FINCA is in a rural area where the banana cultures predominate near the surroundings of the property.

This is an ideal place to be visited. 1 Km. from the Complex we can find a village called "Las Galletas", it is village of fishermen, provided by cafeterias, restaurants, stores, banks, church etc. where you will also enjoy its black sand beaches.

From there it is possible to go to any tourist places of the island such as "Las Américas" (The Americas) Santa Cruz, to the National Park of the Teide, Puerto de la Cruz etc...
Large gardens surround La Finca, one of them has fruit trees and authentic canarian plants. Big and spacious banana trees, that actually run at the back of La Finca, can be visited by any interested person in the bananas cultivation.
This rural complex has a typical canarian style, with a porch that surrounds all the apartments and with terraces in which you can enjoy the silence, the peace and the incomparable sunset with incredible sigths of El Teide and the sea
We also have bathing areas: swimming pools with showers and spaces for taking sun, that, here in Tenerife , we presume to have all the year.
