CASA DE LAS PEREZ
Approx. 180-year-old farmhouse. 
Once there  lived "The Perez", 3 unmarried sisters of the grandmother of the present owner, who, at the time had come back to Tenerife after their emigration to Argentina. 
They were known in the village as Tarot Kartenlegerinen. 

The house has been recently reformed in an antique Canarian style. 
It is located in one of the oldest towns in the south of the island at about 700 m hight and surrounded by natural landscapes, canyons and fields. 

Very close to the Teide National Park and only ca.18 km from the old fishing villages of El Medano and Los Abrigos, where you can eat fresh fish and where the most beautiful natural beaches of the island are. 

With the terrace included it has about 160 m2, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed 135 x 190), a bathroom with shower, living room with 2 sofa beds (one for 2 people 1.40 x 2 and the other for 1 person 1 x 2), fully equipped kitchen, a large outdoor terrace with barbecue and a small pool. 

Electric heaters, microwave, vitro with 4 fires, washing machine, Satellite TV and DVD. 

Small dogs allowed (on demand). 

Right next to the house there is  another country house with pool Casa Pepa ", so it is ideal for 2 families. 

The nearest supermarket is approximately 3 km away, and another big supermarket about 5 Km 

In the two larger towns or Arico Granadilla are medical center, restaurants, shops, bank, etc. These two places are only about 10 minutes far by car. 

Sports facilities such as scuba diving, fishing, paragliding, sailing, windsurfing, surfing, tennis, horseback riding, golf, etc. available in the area.
