LOS MEDIANEROS 
Finca Las Dulces was  built in the middle of the 20th Century, on a piece of barren, volcanic land of 70,000 m2 with few economical means.
At that time, tomatoes, bananas and wheat were cultivated. Today  Finca Las Dulces has organic cultivation.
The old threshing floor is intact. 
The finca has a unique view of the coast and the sea and also to the neighboring islands and is located at approximately 350 m height. 
The nearest beach is about 10-20 minutes away and shopping can be found in Guia de Isora, about 5 minutes away, where you can also find several typical restaurants. 
Sports facilities such as surfing, diving, sailing, horse riding, paragliding, tennis, fishing, etc. available nearby, as well as several golf courses.

LOS MEDIANEROS 
Previously, it served as accommodation for the field worker. 
It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. 
The 2nd Bedroom can only be reached outside through the porche. 
In traditional style, with rustic furniture, maintained the antique style of the former era. 
Cozy and friendly atmosphere.

LA CUADRA
Former the stables for the cattle, now it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a large, fully equipped kitchen. 
Rustic furniture in an antique Canarian style. 
Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. 

Together for the two houses is the large courtyard with garden furniture, with wonderful views to the coast and sea, the swimming pool with solarium, barbecue and the wash house with washing machine and dryer.
