It is situated in La Matanza at 520 m high and has a wonderful view of the coastline and the Teide. 
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with pool and a cozy corner grill. 
It comprises 1 bedroom with a French double bed (1.50 x 2), a bathroom with shower and a living-dining room with fully integrated kitchen. 
Sofa bed for 1 person.

Private parking.

The beach (the nearest Prix Tacoronte) is approximately 15 minutes by car. 
Supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, etc. are in the village of La Matanza, about 5 minutes drive. 
Sports activities such as hiking, surfing, tennis, horseback riding, golf, etc. Can also be found in the surroundings.
